REFUNDS AND RETURNS

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

We are exceptionally confident in the quality of our Posture Pillow. However, if on the odd occasion your package is damaged during transit or arrives defective, please contact us at PosturePrinceBiz@gmail.com with photo evidence, and we can provide a choice of product reshipment or a complete refund of purchase. Defective product enquiries must be sent within 30 days of delivery. 

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS IF:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
  • You have a change of mind on the product.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out!

CANCELLATION TERMS

If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch within the first 12 hours of your order being placed. Once the order has been packaged and shipped out, we can no longer cancel the order, so it is important that you let us know as soon as possible. If we are able to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
