How long should I use it for?
We recommend that for the first few session you use the product for only 5 minutes to allow your body to adjust to it. After that you should use it for 10 minutes per session.
How long until I start to see results?
If the product is used consistenly for 10 minutes per day, we guarantee you will start to see posture results within two weeks. No doubt, after a few days your neck tension will already start to ease.
How do I know if it's going to work for my particular neck needs?
Our posture pillow is designed to cater towards correcting posture, and relieving chronic neck pain, pinched nerves, tension headaches, neck strains, and muscle stiffness.
It's also great for treating more specific conditions including cervical spondylosis.
Can I sleep with it?
No, this product shouldn't replace your regular pillow.
How do I use the posture pillow?
1. Place the device on the ground with the nodes side facing towards you.
2. Lay on your back and position yourself so that the device is placed comfortably under your neck. (For guidance, view the product images).
3. Feel the message and relax for 10 minutes (or 5 minutes if it's your first time using).

LOST / MISSING PACKAGES
Posture Prince is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Shipping time varies by location. Our estimates are 3 - 12 business days.
Max delivery time is 20 business days.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
Note: For some shipping companies, it can take 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
We are exceptionally confident in the quality of our Posture Pillow. However, if on the odd occasion your package is damaged during transit or arrives defective, please contact us at PosturePrinceBiz@gmail.com with photo evidence, and we can provide a choice of product reshipment or a complete refund of purchase. Defective product inquiries must be sent within 30 days of delivery.
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS IF:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
- You have a change of mind on the product.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out!
CANCELLATION TERMS
If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch within the first 12 hours of your order being placed. Once the order has been packaged and shipped out, we can no longer cancel the order, so it is important that you let us know as soon as possible. If we are able to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
